It would seem that parents know how to ensure a good sleep for the child. All you need to do is enter a constant rhythm of the day, lead a healthy diet and allow children to have an active mode of the day - spend a lot of time outdoors, for example. Unfortunately, this requires effort and time ... And we don't have that. We are stressed and tired. That is why the vision of giving a syrup that will solve problems and allow you to sleep well is so tempting. This is why a sleep supplement for a child is eagerly bought and, oddly enough, recommended to others. However, is it really worth it? Does Tulleo work?
Tulleo has a herbal composition:
- 100 mg lemon balm extract
- 100 mg chamomile extract
- extract of linden inflorescence 100 mg
- 100 mg centigrade rose flower extract
Lemon balm has sedative and anti-inflammatory as well as antispasmodic effects. Chamomile is known for its anti-inflammatory effect and lime also has diaphoretic effect. Similarly, the last ingredient that is supposed to calm down and facilitate falling asleep.
How to serve
According to the leaflet, we serve at bedtime, preferably one hour before going to bed 2 tablespoons.
Tulleo costs around 17 zlotys. One package is enough for one child for ... three times. In this arrangement, the price takes on a completely different meaning. It's much higher than it seems.
Or something instead?
Children sometimes have trouble sleeping. It's natural and characteristic of development. Instead of giving them syrup, it is worth taking care of the regular mode of the day, physical activity and a good diet. And in particularly difficult periods, herbal teas (chamomile, lemon balm) will work much better than Tulleo, which are more natural and much cheaper than a dietary supplement.
In our opinion Tulleo is KIT!
